Product Manager, Komand
Tyler Terenzoni is a Product Manager for Rapid7’s world class security orchestration and automation offering, Komand. Tyler has several years of technical and product expertise in the security space and brings a customer focused-perspective that comes from being on the front-line with security defenders and helping them solve their problems. Before joining as a Product Manager, Tyler was the lead Security Solutions Engineer for Komand, evangelizing security orchestration and automation in an emerging market and making customers successful. Prior to joining Komand, he worked at Carbon Black, and graduated from University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
Lead Security Solutions Engineer, Incident Detection & Response
Spencer Engleson has spent his entire career in information security. As an undergrad, he studied Digital and Computer Forensics, working with EnCase, FTK, and other forensic tools while learning about incident response. After learning about Metasploit in one of his classes, he took an interest in Rapid7 and joined their Security Solutions team in 2014. After supporting the entire portfolio of products and services for a couple years, Spencer took on the mantle of InsightIDR specialist and now provides experience and expertise to help sales and sales engineering successfully align detection and response technologies and services with new customers’ needs and goals.

Garrett Gross received his first modem at age six and has been plugged in ever since. Today, Garrett is a Senior Solutions Engineer with a specialization in application security at Rapid7. He serves as an escalation layer to the applied engineering department, provides technical enablement, and facilitates cross-departmental functionality. He has served in various information technology roles in a myriad of environments, ranging from systems administration in higher education to applied engineering at security startups. Garrett has been a hacker and technophile his entire life, loving nothing more than discovering new ways to make and break things.
User Experience Researcher
As a User Experience Researcher at Rapid7, Amanda works across many product teams to support their roadmap with the research necessary to ensure we are building the right solution for our users. Prior to Rapid7, Amanda received her M.S. in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and worked as a UX Researcher for a healthcare company, athenahealth, based in Watertown.
