His career bridges manufacturers, strategic partners, and end-users and so he brings a useful perspective that covers all parts of the chain. For the last four years, Michael has been heavily involved with Big Data vendors around data analytics, smart buildings, and more recently cyber threat intelligence. Michael is currently leading the charge in the UK & Ireland to educate and introduce organisations to increase their visibility on the many Dark Web threats that pose a serious risk to them. During his career, Michael has held positions at BT, Siemens, Aruba & Hewlett Packard Enterprise and has been involved in numerous large scale projects.

During the session, James demonstrates the tasting technique, discusses ingredients, how beer is brewed and also the history and development of classic styles and how the beers we are tasting fit into that as well as beer’s cultural importance.
